Manufacturer Warranty
InnoCreative warrantees each display against manufacturing flaw. If your displays have a flaw we will repair or replace the display(s) at no cost. Shipping and handling ore not included in this Warranty the customer is required to pay for shipping and handling.

Refund Policy: OPEN

Custom Displays - Designing of custom displays takes time and money. It has value. We calculate that if you purchase custom displays we need to be paid for our efforts regardless of a choice that you may make after the order is placed. ALL InnoCreative sales are custom.

Idea Kit - Is a tangible designed product from InnoCreative transferred or downloaded by a customer. Its value is between $1,900.00 and up depending upon which IDEA KIT is received Custom designed and Non Customized. Includes but not limited to Intellectual property, proprietary design and marketing ideas as well as information that is not returnable to us. The transfer of this information constitutes a loss for our company even if the customer never uses it.
Refunds

2CO Refund Policy

Refund policy

A dispute related to purchase of services may be resolved by the issuance of a Refund. Requests for a Refund must be made in writing to legal@InnoCreative.com and received within 5 business days of closing of a project. Where a Refund is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing with proof of refund reason and request. Custom Orders will not be refunded after production has been completed. Custom orders will be replaced.

Refunds of purchases will remain the sole discretion of InnoCreative or InnoCreative to determine if the manufacturer failure warrants a refund. Please note If a customer has received the IDEA kit from us. A charge for this un returnable product may range from $800.00 to $1200.00 you agree by using our 2CO payment systems that you will deduct this non refundable amount from your refund.

Any abuses of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of InnoCreative InnoCreative may lead to a denial of a Refund.

InnoCreative InnoCreative (Supplier) will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "work done fee" or any other charge (including consulting done) for any Return or for any Refund that is initiated by 2CO or itself.

REVERSAL OF CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS:

Cancellations:

A "Cancellation" occurs when Customer, Supplier or 2CO voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer’s Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. 2CO will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank’s discretion. 2CO will not assess nor collect a Transaction Fee from Supplier.After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.

Returns:

A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from 2CO ("Return").Supplier shall accept Returns of products and agree to provide Refunds through 2CO for Customers who initiate a Return or a Bank Assisted Dispute, as defined below, that 2CO has approved, either with 2CO, the entity whose brand appears on the Card ("Card Association"), the Card issuing bank, or the depository bank (in the case of electronic check payment).

Refunds:

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). 2CO accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer’s Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.2CO may issue a Refund without the prior knowledge or consent of Supplier in any case 2CO deems it appropriate. 2CO will promptly notify Supplier of any Refund and provide Supplier with information regarding the basis for 2CO’s determination to issue the Refund.

Supplier’s Account will be debited by 2CO in an appropriate amount for all Refunds, regardless of the basis for the Refund.

In the event of a Return or Refund, Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold 2CO harmless from liability and, further, Supplier agrees to immediately pay 2CO an amount equal to all funds 2CO has paid to Customer on behalf of Supplier.

Bank Assisted Disputes:

2CO, as a merchant for various card associations, is subject to obligations which entitle the Card issuing bank to assess a charge or fee for handling bank assisted Refund activity. 2CO may, in turn, assess a fee to Supplier to cover 2CO’s additional expenses which result from bank assisted Refund activity. Such charges are called Dispute Charges and can be found under the Dispute Charges category of Schedule A.A Bank Assisted Dispute occurs when the Customer or the Card issuing bank disputes the validity of a purchase of Products from 2CO as the card association merchant, or the Card issuing bank initiates a reversal of the purchase, providing the Customer with a credit for the full amount of the Product purchased from 2CO ("Bank Assisted Dispute").

In the event multiple Products are purchased as part of a single transaction, the Customer or the Card issuing bank may initiate a Bank Assisted Dispute for less than all of the Products purchased and the credit granted to the Customer will only be in the amount of the Products for which the Bank Assisted Dispute was initiated.

InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ We have a NO REFUND policy AND DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
The only exception to the NO REFUNDS policy is in the case whereby a customer purchases a package and a issue cannot be solved. In such a case InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ in its sole discretion may offer a refund. All refunds granted will be subject to a 25% or more restocking fee, and custom design fee determined by us, a return shipping charges and or other fee's in taking back in display products will be also charged. Which may include fee's that exceed the refund amount. Caution is recommended when attempting a refund or cancellation.

Cancellations
InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ at no time offers cancellations of orders do to the nature of custom orders and or special discounted packages InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ may substitute other like displays for an order. At no time do we normally allow cancellations of a order. If you do attempt to cancel an order we will charge you a cancellation fee based off of factors which may include Designs, templates, computer time, equipment time, materials, labor, and in some cases profit loss. While these are not all the conditions that may apply. Cancellations need to be considered carefully before attempting them.
Purchasing with Credit Cards & Charge Backs

Credit Card Purchases
The only way we accept credit cards is if this is if you waive your rights to pursue charge backs. In the event of a charge back is initiated by a InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ Customer agree that they will not pursue a charge back or refund via credit card reversals and the like actions. In the event a Chargeback is attempted fee's charged either by services already rendered, Intellectual property which cannot be returned or product custom or non-custom.

Replacements
InnoCreative™, InnoCreative™ may replace your displays for faulty displays or manufacturing imperfections.
